Simple terms for using the current Submilo subscription tracker.

Submilo helps you record subscriptions, review estimated recurring costs, and see renewal dates. The current version is free to use and stores subscriptions in your signed-in account using Supabase. Features described as coming soon, including email delivery, are not currently available.
Your subscription providers
Submilo does not purchase, pay for, renew, pause, or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Manage billing and cancellations directly with each provider. Adding or deleting a record here does not change your agreement with that provider. Provider names and logos identify services and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Prices, dates, and estimates
You are responsible for entering accurate plan details and updating them when they change. Spending totals and currency conversions are estimates. Exchange rates, taxes, fees, and your provider’s final charge may differ. Calendar projections do not confirm that a payment has been made. Example prices and dates are illustrative.
Reminders and records
Reminder preferences can be saved, but emails are not sent by the current version. Keep your own reminders for important renewal or cancellation deadlines. Account subscriptions can be loaded on another device by signing in to the same account. Export copies if you need a separate backup. Older browser-only records are not uploaded automatically and can be lost if local storage is cleared.
Responsible use
Use Submilo lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the application, access another person’s information without permission, or add material you do not have the right to use. Do not enter bank login credentials or full payment card details.
Availability and your rights
The current application is a work in progress. Features may change and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Check important costs and deadlines with your providers. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
Updates
These terms describe the version available on the date above. If paid plans, connected accounts, or other material changes are introduced, the relevant terms and privacy information should be updated before those changes take effect.
