SUBMILO · CURRENT VERSION

Privacy Policy

How the current version of Submilo handles your information.

Last updated: 27 October 2026
01

The information you add

Submilo lets you enter subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, trial details, notes, payment method labels, and reminder preferences. Profile details and preferences you save in Settings are also stored in your browser. Don’t put bank passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive information in notes or payment labels.

02

Where your records live

Subscription records are stored in your Submilo account using Supabase. Access rules restrict records to their owner. Sign in to the same account on another device to load your records. Display preferences and profile display settings remain in your browser. Older browser-only records are preserved locally and are not uploaded automatically. Email reminder delivery is not connected.

03

Sign-in information

When you sign in with Google, Google and Supabase process your sign-in and Supabase stores your account identity, which can include your email, display name, profile image, and provider identifier. If you use email and password, Supabase processes those credentials and may send an account-confirmation email. Submilo stores session tokens in browser storage to keep you signed in. Signing out removes the local session. Google and Supabase have their own privacy policies.

04

Why we use browser storage

Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, remembers display preferences, and caches public exchange rates. Older local subscription records may remain from previous versions. The current application does not include advertising trackers or analytics integrations. The Cookies & Storage page explains these storage features.

05

External services

Currency conversion requests public exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API. Custom subscription icons use Google’s favicon service, which receives the website domain you enter. These requests may expose your IP address and ordinary connection information to those providers. Subscription prices and notes are not included in these requests. Third-party services have their own privacy policies.

06

Keeping and removing data

You can edit and delete account subscriptions and export a copy from Settings → Data & privacy. Clearing browser storage removes your local session and preferences but does not delete account subscriptions. Older browser-only records can be lost when browser storage is cleared. Export account records if you want a separate copy.

07

Your choices and future changes

You control the details you enter and can access, correct, export, or remove your account records. Privacy rights also depend on the laws that apply to you. If Submilo adds email reminder delivery, analytics, or other data services, this notice must be updated to describe the new processing before those features launch.
